You have probably seen this green chutney many times before! The best part is that you can combine it with everything. The chutney is mainly used as a dipping sauce with a snack, such as samosa, vada pav and pakora, but is also delicious with a curry dish such as aloo gobi.
What do you need?
40 grams fresh coriander
1 clove of garlic
2 cm fresh ginger
0.5 or 1 green chili
0.5 tsp salt
50ml water
half a lime
What should you do?
1. Peel the skin from the ginger and garlic.
2. Then place the ginger, garlic, green chili and fresh coriander in a blender or food processor. Add a pinch of salt, the juice of half a lime and 50 ml of water.
3. Mix everything fine, if it doesn't work in one go, you can add some more water.
4. Serve in a small bowl.
